The paper describing this species was published today in the journal Zootaxa. This species is described from Chaukul, Sindhudurg, Maharashtra.
Ceriagrion calamineum, Nannophyopsis clara, Phyllothemis eltoni, and Zyxomma breviventre are reported for the first time form Indian limits. Megalogomphus smithii, Orientogomphus indicus, Pseudothemis zonata, and Sarasaeschna khasiana are reported in detail because rarity of these species.
